Where we deliver

We deliver to the United States, Canada and the 27 European Union countries. Available destinations are also listed in the checkout country selector.

Processing and transit

Orders are processed in 1-4 business days. Weekends are not processing days. After dispatch, estimated transit is 15-30 calendar days. These are separate periods; transit begins after processing and dispatch.

Delivery charges

Standard shipping is $9.59 USD when the free-shipping conditions are not met. Shipping is free only when both conditions apply: the order contains at least 2 items, and its merchandise subtotal is at least $35.99 USD. A single-item order pays the shipping charge even when its price exceeds the subtotal threshold.

Taxes and duties are included in product prices; no additional tax or duty payment is due from the customer.

Tracking and address changes

Your tracking number is sent by email. Multiple third-party logistics providers may be used; check the details sent for your shipment.

To change an address while an order is processing, email [email protected]. Address changes cannot be accepted after dispatch. Check your delivery address carefully: ZUDDDS is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect address supplied with the order.

Delayed, lost or damaged shipments

Email [email protected] with your order number, tracking information and a description of the issue. For visible damage, include photographs that help us review the shipment and product condition. We will review the issue with the relevant logistics provider and tell you the next step.
