40 days from receipt

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 40 calendar days from receipt of the goods. This includes new or lightly used products, defective products and products with quality issues. Customer-preference returns are also accepted within this period.

Start by email

Contact [email protected] with the order number, product name and reason for the request. For a defect or quality issue, describe the problem and include useful photographs. We will provide the return mailing address by email. Please obtain the mailing instructions before sending an item.

The public business address is not an instruction to send a return there; use the return address provided for your request.

Return postage

You pay return postage for customer-preference returns. ZUDDDS pays return postage when the return is due to a product problem.

Refunds and exchanges

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive the returned goods. An exchange follows this sequence: contact support, receive the return mailing address, send the item back, then have the replacement arranged after the return.

Order changes or cancellation

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact [email protected] as soon as possible so we can review its current processing stage. Do not assume an email alone has changed an order. Address changes cannot be accepted after dispatch; see the shipping policy for details.
