USD and accepted cards

All transaction prices are in United States dollars (USD). Visa, Mastercard and JCB are accepted.

When you are charged

Payment is charged when an order is placed. Review the product, selling unit, quantity, delivery details and total before placing an order. A payment authorization or card charge is distinct from order fulfillment.

Taxes, duties and shipping

Taxes and duties are included in the product price. Shipping is $9.59 USD unless the order has at least 2 items and a merchandise subtotal of at least $35.99 USD. Single-item orders do not qualify. See the shipping policy.

Declined payments or a payment question

If a payment is declined, check the entered details and contact the card issuer where appropriate. Avoid repeatedly placing the same order if you are unsure whether it was received. Email [email protected] with your order reference and a description of the issue. Never email a full card number or security code.
